Questions worth asking

How far ahead should I book?

Aim for three to six weeks for local moves and longer for long-distance or end-of-month dates. If your timeline is short, ask anyway; we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Do I need to pack everything myself?

No. Choose full packing, fragile-only packing or self-packing with our materials. Your quote lists exactly which rooms and items we handle.

How are fragile and valuable items handled?

Glassware, artwork and electronics get double wrapping, dedicated boxes and upright loading. Unusual pieces can be crated to measure.

What if my building has access rules?

Share any lift bookings, parking limits or quiet hours during the walkthrough. We plan the crew schedule around them and bring protection for shared hallways.

What should I keep with me on the day?

Pack a small bag with documents, medication, chargers, keys and anything irreplaceable. We will set aside a clearly marked space so it never ends up on the truck.
